WHY HEALTH COACHING:

Health doesn’t change because we know what to do.
It changes when we have the support, clarity, and accountability to actually live it. For many women there comes a moment when pushing harder stops working. The career is established, The family is cared for but energy fades, stress lingers and the body doesn't respond the way it once did. 

This is a turning point. 

Health coaching matters because it bridges the gap between medical advice and real life. It helps you turn good intentions into sustainable habits, understand what your body needs in this season, and make changes that work with your schedule, stress, and responsibilities and not against them.

It’s not about willpower. It’s about partnership, strategy, and learning how to support yourself as well as you support everyone else. Because when a woman's health is supported, everything in life works better. Coaching helps you step back into your life with clarity, resilience and Joy.

WHY COACHING WITH ME:

 

I  am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 15 years of experience and completed my post graduate work through Duke University Integrative Medicine. My approach integrates evidence-based research in psychology, mindfulness, and integrative health coaching, grounded in both behavior change methodologies and lived experience.

 

I am also a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practitioner, a yoga for menopause instructor, trained in energy healing and a personal trainer, which allows me to support women in rebuilding strength, energy, and confidence in ways that respect hormonal and nervous system shifts.

Before entering this work full time,  I spent years in corporate management within the insurance industry, navigating high-pressure environments, complex decision-making, and sustained performance. I understand what it means to lead while managing competing demands and the quiet cost that success can carry when health begins to slip.
I have also personally navigated perimenopause and menopause, emerging on the other side with greater vitality, strength, clarity, and joy. That experience reshaped how I understand power, success, and self-leadership. Rather than diminishing capacity, this season became an invitation to develop a new way of relating to my body, my energy, and my ambition. My work goes beyond symptom management. Together, we focus on restoring internal authority, regulating the nervous system, and creating sustainable rhythms that support both well-being and excellence. This is not about doing less but, it’s about leading yourself differently, so your health becomes the foundation of your next chapter, not the cost of it.


I believe health is the greatest achievement, and self-care is not indulgence;  it is what allows everything else to thrive.

Your nutrition impacts hormonal balance, energy, mood and metabolism.
