A Whole-Person Approach to Your Health

The changes you’re experiencing in your body aren’t happening in isolation and your support shouldn’t either. As a health and wellness coach, I help you understand how hormonal shifts, stress, and daily demands affect your energy, mood, sleep, and metabolism. From there, we work across the areas that help your body find balance again. We may look at supporting stress regulation  so your nervous system can settle and your body can recover instead of constantly running on alert.


I partner with you to build mindfulness and self-care practices that reconnect you with your mind, body, and spirit, helping you respond to your needs with awareness instead of pushing through. Together we explore nutrition habits that nourish and stabilize your system, without rigid rules. We can find ways to incorporate movement and exercise in ways that keep your body strong and supported as it changes. I can help you to 
prioritize sleep and true rest, the foundation that allows hormones, mood, and energy to regulate. Using the whole-person approach we also recognize the role of community and connection in reducing loneliness, supporting emotional health, and creating a sense of belonging and purpose.

Each of these areas strengthens the others. Together, they create the conditions your body needs to feel steadier, more resilient, and more supported in this season of life. My role is to walk alongside you with guidance, accountability, and encouragement as you build habits that fit your real life — so your health supports you, not the other way around.

Our work together is collaborative and personalized. Each session may include:

  • Identifying patterns affecting your health and wellbeing

  • Exploring practical strategies aligned with your lifestyle

  • Building skills in stress regulation, self-awareness, and sustainable habits

  • Adjusting your plan as your needs and circumstances evolve

You receive focused guidance tailored specifically to your body, your schedule, and your season of life.
