Group Coaching: Healing, Growth, and Support in Community

There is something powerful that happens when women realize they are not alone in what they’re experiencing. Hormonal changes, shifting energy, unexpected emotions, and a body that no longer responds the way it once did can feel isolating — especially for women who are used to being capable and holding everything together.
Group coaching creates a space where that isolation softens. You’re supported not only by professional guidance, but by the shared understanding of other women walking a similar path.
How Group Coaching Works

Group coaching follows the same whole-person approach as my one-on-one work, focusing on the key areas that influence health and wellbeing in this season of life — stress regulation, mindfulness and self-care, nutrition, movement, rest, and connection.
Each session includes:
-
Evidence-informed discussions and practical tools
-
Guided reflection and journaling
-
Coaching questions to help you apply what you’re learning to your real life
-
Space to share insights, challenges, and progress
-
Encouragement, accountability, and structured support
You receive expert guidance while also learning from the experiences, wisdom, and perspectives of others in the group.

Program Format

Group coaching sessions meet in a supportive small-group setting for one hour at a time. Each session offers education, reflection, and practical coaching you can begin using right away.
This program is designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who want informed guidance, meaningful support, and shared understanding during this transition.
The Unique Benefits of Group Coaching

Shared experience reduces self-doubt.
Hearing others voice similar struggles helps shift the narrative from “What’s wrong with me?” to “This is a common and navigable transition.”
Community builds resilience.
Connection supports emotional wellbeing, lowers stress, and reminds us that growth happens more easily when we don’t do it alone.
Collective wisdom deepens learning.
Each woman brings insight and lived experience that expands what’s possible for everyone.
Accountability feels supportive, not pressuring.
Progress is encouraged in an environment where effort is honored and perfection isn’t required.
You grow alongside other strong, thoughtful women.
Witnessing others take steps toward their health reinforces your own capacity to do the same.
What You Can Expect to Gain

Through our time together, you’ll build knowledge, skills, and confidence in how you support your health. Outcomes often include:
-
A clearer understanding of how hormonal changes are affecting your body and mind
-
Greater emotional steadiness and stress resilience
-
Improved sleep, energy awareness, and daily rhythms
-
More supportive and sustainable nutrition and movement habits
-
Reduced self-criticism and increased self-trust
-
Practical tools for responding to challenges with intention rather than overwhelm
-
A sense of connection with women who truly understand this stage of life
-
Renewed confidence in your ability to influence your wellbeing
This is about learning to work with your body, not against it — in the company of women growing right alongside you.
A Gentle Invitation

If you’re ready for guidance, structure, and the reassurance of community as you move through this stage of life, group coaching offers a supportive place to begin. You don’t have to navigate these changes alone — and you don’t have to have it all figured out before you start.
